Trillium Families
The Trillium Curling Camp will be opening Pre-Registrations starting on Curling Day in Canada, February 27, 2021 at 9:00am EST.
We still do not know how the COVID-19 pandemic will impact the size and structure of the camp however we will ensure that the camp adheres to Public Health guidelines that may be in place at the time. In order for us to accomplish this, we want to plan for the best situation and so for the 2021 camp we are adjusting our registration process. Campers who pre-register will have the best chance at securing a spot at camp. Pre-registration will not guarantee you a place at camp however those who have pre-registered will be contacted FIRST to complete their full registration before it opens to the wider public. There is no cost to pre-registration and we ask that families complete an individual pre-registration for EACH camper wishing to attend camp.
All pre-registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. NO PAYMENT is required for pre-registration. The information required for pre-registration will be:
- Guardian name and contact information
- Camper name and age
- Preferred grouping
- U15 (Red/Blue)
- U17 (Green/Purple)
- U19 (Gold/Black)
- Preferred week (Week A – Aug. 8-13, 2021 / Week B – Aug. 15-20, 2021 / Either)
Again, no payment will be required for the pre-registration however, your place in camp is NOT secured until full registration has opened and payment is received. Everyone who pre-registers will still have to complete a full registration once the camp has been confirmed and our plans have been formalized. There will be no increase in the cost of the camp for this summer and the cost will remain at $884 +HST.
Please note, electronic registration will be the ONLY method of registration. There will be NO OPTION to submit registration or payment manually.
